What the fixed-price packages cover

These packages are priced for a single property within the size limits shown above (1,500 / 2,000 / 2,500 sq ft) with standard access.

  • Apartment blocks / large developments

  • Multi-property shoots / portfolios

  • Properties over 2,500 sq ft

  • Complex commercial sites (multiple buildings, restricted access, permissions required)

Travel, Mileage & Expenses

​

  • Mileage: First 25 miles (each way) from L18 3LD included. Beyond that: £0.45 per mile.

  • Travel time: If one-way travel exceeds 1 hour: £30 per hour (or part thereof).

  • Other expenses: Tolls, parking, congestion charges, and other reasonable out-of-pocket expenses are additional and itemised on your invoice.

  • Grouped bookings: Mileage/travel time charges may be reduced or waived for grouped bookings in the same area (at my discretion).

  • Cancellation: If you cancel and do not rebook within 30 days, a 30% non-refundable booking fee applies.

  • Rescheduling: Free rescheduling for weather or safety-related issues where drone use is required.

  • Operational limits (drone): Drone services are subject to weather, airspace restrictions, and permissions.

  • Compliance: All drone work is CAA certified and fully insured.

  • Usage licence (listing marketing): Your package includes a licence to use the supplied media to market the specific property on Rightmove/Zoopla/OnTheMarket, estate agent websites, printed brochures, and social posts promoting that listing.

  • Brand promotion licence: Any use for general estate agency brand promotion or unrelated marketing requires a separate commercial use licence — enquire for pricing.
