Physical Products (Framed Photographs & Merchandise)

All our merchandise is custom-made and fulfilled by Printful.

Because items are made to order, returns and exchanges are not offered for reasons like change of mind or ordering errors.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, you may request a refund or replacement within 30 days of delivery. Photographic proof of the issue may be required.

To make a claim, please contact us at info@liverpoolvisuals.com with your order number, details, and supporting photos.

Claims for undelivered orders should be raised within 30 days of the estimated delivery date.

Returns due to carrier error or invalid address will be reshipped; you may be billed for the new shipping cost.
Services (Photography, Videography & Drone Work)

Service bookings are covered by our standard service terms:

20% deposit is required to confirm your booking.

Cancellations within 72 hours of your booking result in forfeiture of your deposit; cancellations within 48 hours will be charged the full price.

If Liverpool Visuals has already incurred costs (permits, travel, accommodation, etc.) before cancellation, you will be responsible for these costs.

Weather-related cancellations will be rescheduled, or refunded per our service agreement.

Media (photos/videos) are retained for 6 months (or 12 months with paid extension).
None of the above affects your statutory consumer rights.
