Refund Policy

Physical Products (Framed Photographs & Merchandise)

  • All our merchandise is custom-made and fulfilled by Printful.

  • Because items are made to order, returns and exchanges are not offered for reasons like change of mind or ordering errors.

  • If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, you may request a refund or replacement within 30 days of delivery. Photographic proof of the issue may be required.

  • To make a claim, please contact us at info@liverpoolvisuals.com with your order number, details, and supporting photos.

  • Claims for undelivered orders should be raised within 30 days of the estimated delivery date.

  • Returns due to carrier error or invalid address will be reshipped; you may be billed for the new shipping cost.

Services (Photography, Videography & Drone Work)

  • Service bookings are covered by our standard service terms:

  • 20% deposit is required to confirm your booking.

  • Cancellations within 72 hours of your booking result in forfeiture of your deposit; cancellations within 48 hours will be charged the full price.

  • If Liverpool Visuals has already incurred costs (permits, travel, accommodation, etc.) before cancellation, you will be responsible for these costs.

  • Weather-related cancellations will be rescheduled, or refunded per our service agreement.

  • Media (photos/videos) are retained for 6 months (or 12 months with paid extension).

None of the above affects your statutory consumer rights.
