Welcome to Liverpool Visuals. By using our services or purchasing from our store, you agree to be bound by the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. Company Information

Liverpool Visuals is a UK-based provider of professional aerial photography, videography, and creative media. We also sell printed media and merchandise through third-party fulfilment partner Printful.

2. Services Offered

2.1 Aerial Photography and Videography

Liverpool Visuals provides drone-based photography and videography services. All drone operations are conducted in accordance with UK Civil Aviation Authority (CAA) regulations and under appropriate authorisations (including Article 16 Operational Authorisation where applicable).

  • Clients must ensure the flight area is legally accessible and safe to fly. (We can assist with this at an additional charge).

  • Weather or airspace restrictions may affect scheduling; we reserve the right to postpone or cancel flights for safety or legal reasons.

  • Final deliverables (images or video) will be shared digitally unless otherwise agreed.

2.2 Image and Video Licensing

Unless otherwise stated in writing:

  • All aerial and ground imagery remains the intellectual property of Liverpool Visuals.

  • Clients are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the content for personal or commercial use as agreed.

3. Product Sales via Printful

Our physical products, including framed and canvas prints, stationery, clothing, and merchandise, are produced and fulfilled by Printful, a third-party print-on-demand service.

3.1 Product Types

  • Framed & Canvas Prints: Printed representations of our original photography.

  • Stationery: Notebooks, cards, and similar printed items.

  • Clothing & Merchandise: T-shirts, hoodies, caps, mugs, and other accessories.

3.2 Order Fulfilment

  • All orders are printed and shipped by Printful from their global network of fulfilment centres.

  • Orders are processed upon payment. Shipping times vary depending on product type and destination.

3.3 Shipping & Delivery

  • Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout. These are estimates only and not guarantees.

  • Liverpool Visuals is not responsible for delivery delays caused by the courier, customs, or other external factors.

3.4 Returns and Refunds

  • As Printful products are made to order, returns are only accepted for damaged, defective, or incorrectly fulfilled items.

  • If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photographs and a description of the issue.

  • Refunds or replacements are issued at our discretion in accordance with Printful’s return policy.

4. Pricing & Payment

  • All prices are listed in GBP (£) and include applicable VAT unless otherwise stated.

  • A 20% deposit may be required at the time of booking for our services. Full payment will be required within 14 days of work completion; no photographs or videos will be released before payment is made in full. All digital and physical product sales will need to be paid for in full at the time of purchase. If paying by cheques, all payments must clear within 14 days of the order being placed, if this is not the case, your order may be cancelled or delayed. If you are wishing to pay by cheque for a service due within 14 days, please be aware we will not honour a booking without a deposit being paid first (if required). We strongly recommend all deposits are paid via alternative means to secure bookings. 

  • We reserve the right to adjust prices without notice, but changes will not affect confirmed orders.

5. Intellectual Property

  • All content, images, videos, and branding under Liverpool Visuals are the exclusive property of Liverpool Visuals unless otherwise credited.

  • You may not reproduce, distribute, or exploit our content without explicit written permission.

6. Limitation of Liability

  • Liverpool Visuals will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our services or products.

  • For drone work, we are fully insured, and liability is limited to the scope of our insurance policy.

7. Force Majeure

  • We are not liable for failure to perform due to events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, weather conditions, equipment failure, illness, or government restrictions.

8. Governing Law

  • These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England.

9. Changes to Terms

  • We reserve the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. The latest version will always be available on our website.
