All drone work is planned and carried out in line with current UK CAA requirements, with appropriate insurance in place. If a location is restricted or conditions aren’t safe/legal to fly, you’ll get a clear explanation and options (reschedule or alternative angles).

What the fixed‑price packages cover (Trade)


These fixed‑price packages are for a single standard domestic property (typical residential roof) and are best suited to straightforward inspection/record capture:

  • Up to 2 storeys (standard construction)

  • Roof area up to approx. 2,500 sq ft

  • Tiled or flat roofs

When you’ll need a custom quote


For anything outside the criteria above, please request a custom quote — for example: apartment blocks, warehouses, commercial sites, multi‑building sites, complex access/logistics, or projects requiring extended time on site. If you’re unsure, send the address and a brief scope and I’ll confirm the right option (a consultation call is available if needed).

  • Pricing: Fixed price ex VAT unless quoted otherwise; VAT added where applicable.

  • Scheduling: Dates are weather/airspace dependent; free rescheduling if flight isn’t safe/legal.

  • Access & site contact: You’re responsible for safe access, any site rules/induction, and having a site contact present.

  • Permissions: By booking, you confirm you’re authorised to permit drone operations on site; permission handling can be managed for an additional charge if required.

Travel, mileage & expenses

​

  • Mileage: First 25 miles each way from L18 3LD included. Beyond that: £0.45 per mile.

  • Travel time: If one‑way travel exceeds 1 hour: £30 per hour (or part thereof).

  • Other expenses: Tolls, parking, congestion charges, and other reasonable out‑of‑pocket costs are additional and itemised on your invoice.

  • Grouped bookings: Mileage/travel time may be reduced or waived for grouped bookings in the same area (at my discretion).
