Optional Drone Add-On (Outdoor only)
Most corporate events are indoors, so drone only comes into play when it genuinely adds value — venue exterior, arrivals, establishing shots, or a standout group photo.

Licensing (simple and clear)
Included for the event host’s own website, social media, PR, and internal comms. Third-party use (e.g., sponsors using images for their own marketing) can be licensed separately.
Booking fee
A 30% booking fee secures the date. If cancelled and not rebooked within 30 days, it’s non-refundable (weather/safety postponements can be rescheduled).
Travel & expenses
Mileage/time/parking/tolls may apply per our travel policy.
