When a drone roof check is useful
-
After storms or high winds
-
If you’ve noticed a leak, damp patch, or missing tiles
-
Before buying/selling (for peace of mind)
-
To understand a roofer’s quote or get a second opinion visually
-
To check gutters, chimneys, and hard-to-see areas
What you’ll get
You’ll receive a simple set of edited images (and optional video) showing the key areas of your roof. We’ll keep it straightforward so you can:
-
see the issue clearly
-
share the visuals with a roofer if needed
-
keep a record for your own peace of mind
This is a visual check from the air — it can’t confirm hidden structural issues under tiles or inside the loft.
Safer than climbing up — clearer than guessing from the ground
-
No ladders: reduce risk of falls and accidents
-
Quick and calm: minimal disruption at your home
-
Clear evidence: useful for quotes, repairs, and insurance conversations
-
Local knowledge: Liverpool weather and typical roof types are familiar territory
How It Works
-
Tell us your address + what you’re worried about
-
We check weather and flight restrictions (some areas need permissions)
-
We capture the roof safely
-
You receive your photos/video with a simple summary of what was captured
Safe, legal, and respectful
Flights are carried out under UK CAA rules. We focus only on the subject property and avoid unnecessary filming of neighbours. If it isn’t safe or legal to fly on the day, we’ll explain why and agree the next step.
Fixed-price drone roof inspections for homeowners. No ladders, no climbing — just clear aerial photos (and video where included) plus an annotated report you can use to understand the issue, speak to a roofer, and support an insurance claim if needed.
What the fixed‑price packages cover
These fixed‑price packages are for a single domestic property that meets the following:
-
Up to 2 storeys (standard residential construction)
-
Roof area up to approx. 2,500 sq ft
-
Tiled or flat roofs
When you’ll need a custom quote
If your property is outside the criteria above, please request a custom quote. This includes (for example): apartment blocks, mixed‑use buildings, properties with multiple buildings/outbuildings, or anything unusually complex. If you’re unsure, use the contact form and I’ll confirm the right option (a consultation call is available if helpful).
