Service Description
Our Unlimited Photos package is designed for clients who want complete coverage without restrictions. Ideal for weddings, corporate events, conferences, or festivals, this option allows you to focus on your day while we capture as many photos as possible. You’ll receive unlimited fully edited, high-resolution images, covering every moment from start to finish.
Cancellation Policy
Deposits & Payments All bookings require a 20% deposit, payable at the time of booking. A valid debit or credit card is required to be kept on file to process deposits, cancellation fees, and final service charges. Deposits are non-refundable if the booking is cancelled within 72 hours of the appointment slot. If cancelled more than 72 hours before the appointment, deposits will be refunded in full. Cancellations & Charges More than 72 hours before booking: No charge, deposit refunded. Within 72 hours of booking: Deposit is lost. We also reserve the right to charge for any additional expenses already incurred. Within 24 hours of booking: The full service cost is due and will be charged to the card on file. Exceptional Circumstances We understand that sometimes plans change unexpectedly. In exceptional circumstances, we may waive or refund cancellation fees at our discretion. If you need to cancel within 72 hours, we strongly recommend contacting us by phone, WhatsApp, or email before cancelling your appointment. Travel & Additional Expenses All prices quoted are inclusive of VAT. We may charge additional fees for travel outside of Merseyside and for any other expenses directly related to your booking. If additional charges apply, we will notify you at least 48 hours before your appointment. You will have the right to cancel free of charge with a full deposit refund within 48 hours of receiving notification, even if you are within the 72-hour cancellation window. Refund Method Any refunds due will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–7 working days. Aerial Photography Summary Drone flights are subject to weather, airspace, and legal restrictions. Permits may be required from Liverpool Film Office, councils, or airports, and some areas (e.g. SSSIs, prisons, National Trust property, critical infrastructure) may not allow drone use at all. Notice periods and fees vary (from 72 hours up to 4 weeks depending on the location). It is the booker’s responsibility to ensure flights are permitted at their chosen site. We recommend contacting us by phone, WhatsApp, or email before booking if you are unsure. We also offer a Site Survey & Permit Handling Service (additional fee) to take care of compliance on your behalf.
